Our take on the Breezome Air Purifier for Home

The Breezome Air Purifier for Home is a compact residential purifier rated for rooms up to 215 sq ft. It uses an activated carbon filter to capture dust, pet dander, mold, smoke and odors, and runs at 23 dB on its quietest setting. It adds an aroma tray for essential oils and a smart filter light that turns red after 2,000 hours. It is a budget-tier unit aimed at small bedrooms and offices rather than whole-home filtration.

Questions and answers

Is the Breezome Air Purifier worth it for a bedroom?
For a room under 215 sq ft, yes. It is quiet, draws only 5W and handles dust, dander and odors. For a large living room, look for a unit with higher coverage and a HEPA filter.
Does it use a HEPA filter?
No. The listed filter type is activated carbon, which is strong on odors, smoke and gases but less effective at trapping fine particles than HEPA.
How often do I replace the filter?
The smart indicator turns red after about 2,000 hours of use. That is roughly three months of continuous running, longer if you only use it at night.
How loud is it at night?
The sleep mode is rated at 22 dB and the unit at 23 dB overall, which is close to a whisper. Most people will not notice it in a bedroom.
Can I use essential oils in it?
Yes. There is a built-in aroma tray for essential oils, with an optional warm light. Add oils to the tray, not the filter.
