The Bright Starts Fancy Fantasy is a battery-powered vibrating bouncer for babies up to 20 lb, roughly 0 to 6 months. It pairs vibration with a toy bar and 7 melodies, plus volume control and Bluetooth, and the seat pad and insert are machine washable. At 3.6 lb it moves easily between rooms. The best new price is $11.40 at Mercari as of November 4, 2026, far below what a new bouncer with these features usually costs, so check that listing carefully.
