Our take on the Broobey Folding Electric Tricycle with Two Baskets

The Broobey Folding Electric Tricycle is an adult three-wheeler with a folding frame, a rear electric drive and two baskets for cargo. The third wheel and baskets make it steadier and more useful for errands than a two-wheel e-bike, while the fold lets it fit in a garage or trunk. At $1,269 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare it against. Buyers should weigh that price against the battery size and motor wattage, which the listing does not spell out.

Questions and answers

Is the Broobey folding electric tricycle worth $1,269?
That depends on the battery and motor, which the listing does not state. At $1,269 it sits in the same range as branded adult e-tricycles, so ask the seller for wattage, battery voltage and range before buying.
How far can it go on a charge?
The listing gives no battery capacity or range figure. Ask the seller for the battery's voltage and amp-hours; a typical adult e-tricycle in this class manages roughly 20 to 40 miles with pedal assist.
Can it fit in a car or small apartment?
The frame folds, which helps for storage and van or SUV transport. The rear axle and baskets still make it bulky, so measure your doorway and trunk before relying on the fold.
Does it come with the baskets and a charger?
The name says two baskets are included, but the listing does not list the charger or other accessories. Confirm the box contents with Walmart before ordering.
Is it legal to ride without a license?
In most US states a pedal-assist e-tricycle under 750 watts and 20 mph is treated like a bicycle. Check your state's rules, since throttle-equipped models can fall under different classes.
When is the price lowest?
Only one new price is listed, $1,269 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, so there is no history to time a purchase against. Watch for seasonal sales and holiday discounts.
Where is the Broobey Folding Electric Tricycle with Two Baskets cheapest?
At Walmart, for $1,269.00, as of our latest check.
