The Bropath is a budget electric mountain bike with 26-inch wheels, a steel frame, 7 speeds and an 800W peak rear motor rated to 25 MPH. Questions and answers

Is the Bropath e-MTB worth buying?
Only with caution. The 576Wh battery and 7-speed setup look good on paper, but a 1.5-out-of-5 rating from 10 ratings is a serious red flag. Compare it against similarly priced bikes from established brands before committing.
How far can it really go on a charge?
Bropath claims 20-25 miles on throttle and 40-55 miles with pedal assist. Expect the low end of those figures with a heavy rider, hills or cold weather, since range claims are usually measured under ideal conditions.
Is the battery removable?
Yes. The 576Wh lithium battery is built into the frame but removable, and Bropath describes it as waterproof, shockproof and anti-theft. Confirm the charger and key setup with the seller before buying.
What size rider fits a 26-inch frame?
A 26-inch frame with 26-inch wheels suits many adults, but fit depends on your inseam and the standover height. Check the geometry against your height before ordering, since steel frames are hard to adjust.
How does it compare with a hardtail e-MTB?
It has front suspension only, despite the full-suspension label in some listings. A hardtail from a major brand usually weighs less and has better dealer support, while this bike offers more battery capacity for the money.
When is the price lowest?
E-bike prices often drop during spring sales and Black Friday. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current offer is near its recent low.
What do buyers say about the Bropath 26 inch Electric Mountain Bike, 576Wh?
Rated 1.5 out of 5 from 10 ratings.
