Questions and answers

Is the WLtoys 244016 worth it for a young child?
For a first RC car indoors or on a driveway, yes. It is cheap to run, comes with batteries and the 2.4GHz radio avoids signal clashes. It is not built for rough outdoor terrain.
How does it compare with a 1:16 or 1:18 RC car?
The 1:24 body is much smaller, so it fits tight indoor spaces but struggles on grass and gravel. Larger scales handle rougher ground and run longer, but cost more and need more room.
How long does the battery last?
The listed specs do not state run time. Expect short sessions typical of this size and class, and plan to recharge between runs.
Can several cars run at the same time?
Yes. The 2.4GHz radio pairs each car to its own controller, so multiple units can run together without interference.
What comes in the box?
The car, the 2.4GHz transmitter and batteries are included, per the specs. It is ready to run once the batteries are charged or fitted.
When is it cheapest?
Small RC cars like this usually dip during holiday sales and back-to-school promotions. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current price is near its low.
