Our take on the CALIA 5mm Dry Grip Yoga Mat

The CALIA 5mm Dry Grip Yoga Mat is a standard-size mat (68 by 24 inches) with a textured, reversible surface built for sweaty, high-movement sessions. The 5mm blended cushioning is a middle ground: enough for knees and wrists in hot yoga, thin enough to keep balance poses stable. It is spot-clean only, so it is not a mat to throw in the washer. At $23.37 at DICK'S Sporting Goods as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of what a textured 5mm mat usually costs.
