Is the Chrome Tour X worth it over the Chrome Tour?

The X is the higher-compression, higher-spin model. Choose it if you swing fast and want maximum short-game spin; the standard Chrome Tour suits players who want a softer feel and less spin.

What swing speed does the Chrome Tour X suit?

Its 98 compression is aimed at better players, roughly 105 mph driver speed and up. Slower swingers may lose distance and feel a harsh click.

How does it compare with the Chrome Soft X?

The Chrome Tour X replaces the Chrome Soft X line with a four-piece build and a firmer, faster core. Expect similar tour-level spin with a slightly firmer feel.

Is it good for high handicaps?

Usually not. The firm compression and high spin reward consistent, fast swings; mid and high handicaps often do better with a softer, lower-spin ball.
