Is this bottle completely leak-proof?

It is leak-proof when the straw is folded down and spill-proof when the straw is flipped up, meaning it won't spray if tipped over while open.

Can I put hot cocoa or tea in this?

No, this bottle is designed for cold beverages only; hot liquids can create pressure or cause burns when using the straw.

Is it easy for a 3-year-old to use?

Yes, the 'flip, bite, and sip' mechanism is specifically designed for children's motor skills and requires no tipping.

How do I clean the bite valve?

The bite valve and straw can be removed and placed in the top rack of the dishwasher, though manual scrubbing with a small brush is recommended for the valve interior.
