Is CQuartz UK 3.0 worth it over a spray sealant?

Yes if you want 18 to 24 months of protection from one application. A spray sealant takes minutes but typically lasts a few months. The trade-off is several hours of prep and a 24-hour dry cure.

How much does 30 ml cover?

About one mid-size car, with a little left for wheels or trim. A full-size truck or SUV may need a second bottle.

How is it different from the original CQuartz?

UK 3.0 is formulated for cooler, damper climates, with a longer working time before it flashes. It also adds mild swirl-filling that the standard coating does not claim.

Can I apply it over wax or an old coating?

No. Strip old wax and sealant, decontaminate the paint and wipe with a panel wipe so the coating bonds to bare clear coat. Applying over wax shortens durability.

One 30 ml bottle of coating, a CarPro foam applicator block and four 4-inch microfiber suede applicators. You supply your own microfiber towels for wipe-off.
