Is the Casper Snow worth it over the original Casper?

The Snow adds the cooling cover and HeatDelete bands on top of the hybrid coil-and-foam build. If you sleep hot, that upgrade is the main reason to pay more. If temperature is not an issue, the standard hybrid covers the same support basics.

How firm is the medium feel?

Casper calls it medium, and the zoned coils add pushback through the middle. Most side and back sleepers find it supportive without feeling hard. Stomach sleepers and people who want a plush bed may find it too firm.

Does it really sleep cool?

The cover is a cooling knit and the three graphite bands are meant to pull heat away, rated for 12+ hours. Real-world cooling depends on your room, bedding and pajamas. Expect it to run cooler than a plain memory foam bed, not cold.

What do I need to set it up?

The mattress ships compressed and expands over about 72 hours, so plan to sleep elsewhere the first night or two. No foundation is included, so you need a bed frame, box spring or adjustable base. It works on an adjustable base.

Can I wash the cover?

The cover is removable, but Casper's care guidance is spot or wipe clean rather than machine washing. Blot spills promptly and air it out. Check the tag before using any cleaner.

When is the price lowest?

Casper discounts most around major sale periods such as Memorial Day, Labor Day and Black Friday. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying, since list prices move with bundles.
