Our take on the Catgood 21V Cordless Drill Tool Set with 120 Pcs

The Catgood 21V Cordless Drill Tool Set pairs a single-speed keyless-chuck drill with 120 accessories and two batteries. Its 45 Nm of torque and 1,350 rpm are modest for a 21V-class drill, and the 1-inch chuck and 1.5 Ah batteries are the main weak points. It is a budget kit aimed at light household jobs, not sustained drilling. No current price was provided, so compare it against entry-level kits from Ryobi or Worx before buying.

Best forOccasional flat-pack assembly and light furniture fixesRenters who want one box of bits and driversVery light DIY on wood and drywallA spare drill for a second location
Pros
  • 120-piece accessory set covers common bits and drivers
  • Two batteries included, so one can charge while the other works
  • Keyless chuck for quick bit changes
  • Variable speed trigger for controlled starts
  • 45 Nm is enough for screws and small holes in softwood
Cons
  • 1.5 Ah batteries drain fast under load
  • Single speed only; no low gear for driving or high gear for drilling
  • 1-inch chuck is oversized for typical 1/4-inch hex accessories
  • 1.6 out of 5 from 10 ratings is a poor owner signal
  • No brushless motor or known brand support network

What reviewers say

Owner feedback is sparse and poor: 1.6 out of 5 from 10 ratings. The few comments point to weak batteries and inconsistent build quality rather than outright failure.

Pros
  • Accessory count is good for the money
  • Two batteries are convenient
Cons
  • Batteries lose charge quickly
  • Chuck and accessories feel loose
  • Not enough power for harder materials

Questions and answers

Is the Catgood 21V drill worth it?
Only for very light jobs and only at a low price. With 1.6 out of 5 from 10 ratings, a known-brand 12V or 18V drill is the safer buy if you will use it often.
How long do the batteries last?
The two 1.5 Ah batteries are small, so expect short runtimes under load and frequent swaps. Charge both before a project.
Can it drill into masonry or metal?
It is best kept to wood, drywall and light metal with the right bit. Single speed and modest torque make concrete and steel slow work.
Does it take standard bits?
The keyless chuck accepts standard round and hex-shank bits up to its 1-inch capacity. Most 1/4-inch hex accessories need an adapter to sit securely.
What is in the box?
The drill, two 21V batteries, a charger and the 120-piece bit and driver set. Confirm the charger is included before ordering.
When is it cheapest?
Budget kits like this usually drop during seasonal sales and clearance events. Check the price history before buying.
What do buyers say about the Catgood 21V Cordless Drill Tool Set with 120 Pcs?
Rated 1.6 out of 5 from 10 ratings.
