- Is this shade room-darkening?
- No. It is a light-filtering woven bamboo shade, so it softens daylight but lets some through. For a bedroom, pair it with a liner or choose a blackout shade.
- What size window does 61.5 x 36 fit?
- It suits a window opening close to 61.5 inches wide, with 36 inches of drop. Measure the inside of the window frame and allow for mounting hardware before ordering.
- Is it really cordless?
- Yes. It uses a cordless lift, so you raise and lower it by hand. That removes dangling cords, which matters in homes with children or pets.
- Can it be mounted inside or outside the frame?
- Chicology shades are typically mounted inside the window frame, but check the included hardware and instructions for your window depth. Outside mounting is possible on some windows with the right brackets.
- How do I clean woven bamboo shades?
- Dust with a soft brush or vacuum on low suction. Avoid soaking the weave, since moisture can warp bamboo and loosen the cords.
- Is $161.61 a good price?
- It is the only new price listed for this size as of November 7, 2026, at Walmart, so there is no recent range to judge against. Compare it with custom bamboo shades of the same width, which usually cost more.
- Where is the Chicology Natural Woven Light Filtering Cordless Bamboo Roman Shades 61.5 in W x 36 in L cheapest?
- At Walmart, for $161.61, as of our latest check.
