Is the CHITA 82-inch velvet sofa good for everyday family use?

It is a statement piece first. Velvet and nailhead trim hold up to light use, but the 60-day warranty gives little cover for heavy daily wear.

How many people does the 82-inch sofa seat?

Three adults fit comfortably at 82 inches wide. It is a standard three-seat sofa footprint, so measure your room and doorway before ordering.

How do I clean burgundy velvet on this sofa?

Vacuum with a soft brush attachment and blot spills right away. Avoid rubbing, which crushes the pile, and check the care label before using any liquid cleaner.

Does the nailhead trim scratch or snag clothing?

The trim sits along the arms and back edges, so it can catch knitwear and delicate fabrics. Keep throw blankets between you and the trim if that is a concern.

What is the warranty on the CHITA sofa?

CHITA lists a 60-day warranty. That is short for upholstered furniture, so inspect the frame, legs and seams as soon as it arrives.

When is the best time to buy this sofa?

Sofa prices move with seasonal sales and clearance events. Set a price alert on the comparison page and buy when the listed price drops below its recent range.
