Multi-Point Fence: Walk along your desired boundary and add 3–16 positioning points to create a customized virtual safe zone for irregularly shaped outdoor areas. Warning First with 3 Correction Options When your dog reaches the 10 FT warning zone, the collar beeps first. If your dog continues beyond the designated safe area, the system can activate the selected beep, vibration, or static correction. Correction stops when your dog returns to the safe area. Built-In Auto Protection Mode To help prevent continuous correction, the ZF550 automatically pauses output after repeated activations. If your dog remains outside the designated area, the system follows additional protection cycles before entering a longer protection mode. GPS Memory for Convenient Reuse Once your fence parameters are set, the system retains the previously saved center point and safe activity radius, making repeated use at the same location more convenient. When moving the fence to a different location, reset the positioning parameters before use. Designed for Medium & Large Dogs The adjustable collar is designed for medium and large dogs. For proper fit, leave enough room to place approximately two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck, and make sure the contact points reach the skin when static correction is used. Built for Open Outdoor Use For reliable positioning, use the ZF550 in a wide, unobstructed outdoor environment. GPS signal acquisition typically takes approximately 3–5 minutes, and at least 3 signal bars are required before setting the positioning point. Avoid indoor areas, roofs, eaves, dense tree coverage, and other locations that may interfere with satellite reception.
