Is the Cillso kids watch worth $26.99?

At $26.99 at Walmart as of October 30, 2026, it is a cheap way to give a child a screen, step tracking and a finder. It has no GPS or cellular, so do not buy it as a safety tracker for a child out alone.

Does it need a SIM card or phone plan?

No. It connects by Bluetooth to an Android or iOS phone, and the Find My feature works through that paired phone. That means locating only works while the watch is in Bluetooth range.

How long does the battery last?

Cillso rates it at up to 7 days. Expect less if the screen is used a lot for games and watch faces.

It is listed as water resistant, not waterproof. Handwashing and rain are fine; swimming is not advised.

What comes in the box?

The watch, its charging cable and a quick-start guide. A phone is needed for setup and for the Find My feature.

Can it track sleep and exercise?

It records steps, calories and distance across several sports modes, and tracks basic sleep patterns. It does not give detailed sleep stages or heart-rate training zones.
