Our take on the CNC Classic Milano Dune Double Door Wall Cabinet, 24in W x 18in H

The CNC Classic Milano Dune is a 24-inch-wide, 18-inch-tall double-door wall cabinet in a dark stained finish. It pairs slab MDF doors with a plywood box, a combination that keeps the price down while giving the frame more strength than particleboard. Two doors open to a single storage cavity, so it suits a small kitchen, laundry room or bathroom where you need closed storage above eye level. No price was available for this cabinet, so compare it against other 24-inch wall cabinets before you buy.

Best for
Small kitchens needing upper storage
Laundry rooms and utility spaces
Bathrooms with a dark vanity or trim
Rentals and budget remodels
Pros
  • Plywood box holds screws and shelves better than particleboard
  • Slab doors give a clean, modern look
  • Dark stained finish hides smudges and fingerprints
  • 24-inch width fits tight runs and small walls
  • Double doors open wide for easy access
Cons
  • MDF doors can swell if water sits on the edges
  • Dark stain shows dust and scratches more than light finishes
  • 18-inch height leaves little room for tall items
  • No price listed, so value is hard to judge
  • Slab doors have no profile to hide gaps or warping

Questions and answers

Is the CNC Classic Milano Dune cabinet worth it?
It depends on the price you find. The plywood box is a step up from particleboard cabinets at the same size, but MDF doors are the weak point in damp rooms. Compare it with similar 24-inch wall cabinets before deciding.
What are the doors and box made of?
The doors are MDF with a dark stained finish and a slab profile. The cabinet box is plywood, which holds hinges and shelf pins better than composite board.
Will this cabinet fit above my counter?
It is 24 inches wide and 18 inches tall, a common size for over-counter wall cabinets. Check your ceiling height and any window or hood clearance before ordering.
Does it come assembled?
Wall cabinets in this line are typically sold as a cabinet box with doors, without a handle or shelf hardware unless stated. Confirm assembly and included parts with the seller before you buy.
How should I clean the dark stained finish?
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry right away. Avoid soaking the MDF door edges, since water can swell the material and lift the stain.
When is the best time to buy?
Cabinet prices often drop during kitchen and bath sales in spring and around major holiday promotions. Track the price for a few weeks before ordering a full set.
