Is the Coast DX330 worth it?

At $20.99 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is a fair buy if you want a locking folder with rescue tools. The steel and finish are basic, so do not expect premium knife quality.

What does Double Lock mean?

It is a secondary lock that backs up the liner lock so the blade is less likely to fold on your hand. You still close it deliberately by releasing both locks.

Is the blade serrated?

It is partially serrated with a tanto tip. The serrations cut rope and straps well; the plain section handles most everyday slicing.

Can I carry it legally?

It is a locking folder with a 3.66-inch blade. Check your state and local rules, since some places restrict locking blades or length.

The knife itself, with the deep-carry clip attached. It is covered by Coast's lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The best new price was $20.99 at eBay as of November 5, 2026. Watch for drops around hunting and holiday sales, when knife prices usually soften.
