Is the Coho Thru Axle worth it?

If you own a Coho XC and a 12mm thru-axle bike, yes. The trailer cannot attach without it, and the stock axle is not compatible.

How do I pick the right length and thread pitch?

Check the markings on your current rear axle for diameter, length and pitch, and match them. This version is 12 x 1.0 with a 219–229mm overall length; other SKUs cover different sizes.

Will it fit my SRAM UDH bike?

The newer SKUs (including 960315–960319 and 960328) are made for SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger and capped dropout frames. Confirm your frame type before ordering.

Does it work with trailers other than the Coho XC?

No. It is built around the Coho XC's Ballz hitch and is not a universal thru axle for other trailers.
