Questions and answers

Is this impact wrench worth it?
It is a reasonable value if you want a brushless 1/2-inch wrench with two batteries for occasional car and home jobs. If you fasten heavily every day, a pro-brand tool with larger batteries will hold up better.
How much torque does it have?
No torque rating is published in the specs, only 3,200 rpm and two speed modes. Treat it as a light-to-medium duty wrench and don't expect it to break loose heavily rusted bolts.
How long do the batteries last?
The 2.0Ah (3,000 mAh) packs are on the small side, so expect short runs under continuous load. Having two batteries means you can swap and keep working while one charges.
What comes in the box?
You get the wrench, two 21V 2.0Ah batteries, and the charger. Check the listing for a case or socket set, since those are often not included at this price.
Does it use standard 1/2-inch sockets?
Yes, the 1/2-inch square drive takes standard impact-rated sockets. Use impact sockets rather than chrome ones for heavy fastening.
When is it cheapest?
Cordless tool prices usually dip during holiday sales and end-of-season clearances. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current price is near its low.
