Is $84.99 a good price for this set?

Yes. It is the only new price listed as of November 4, 2026, and it works out to about $42.50 per stool, which is low for a swivel upholstered pair.

Will these fit my kitchen counter?

They suit counters about 34 to 36 inches high, where a 24-inch seat leaves roughly 10 to 12 inches of legroom. They are too short for standard 42-inch bar counters.

Do the seats swivel a full 360 degrees?

Yes, each seat swivels on its base. The swivel mechanism is the part most likely to develop play over time, so check and tighten the hardware periodically.

What is included in the box?

Two stools and the hardware needed for assembly. Tools are not always included, so have a screwdriver and hex key on hand.

How much weight can each stool hold?

Each stool is rated to 330 lb. The assembled weight is about 15.5 lb per stool, so they are light enough to move around.

When is the price lowest?

Costway furniture tends to dip during major sales events and back-to-school and holiday promotions. Watch the price history and buy when it drops below $85.
