Is this chair worth it for a home office?

Yes, if you want a cheap mesh chair for a few hours of desk work a day. If you sit eight hours daily or weigh near 220 lbs, spend more on a sturdier chair.

Does it have lumbar support?

Yes. The back has a built-in lumbar panel, though it is fixed rather than adjustable up and down.

What are the dimensions?

About 23 by 23 inches overall, with a 19 by 19 inch seat and a 19-inch back. Seat height adjusts so the chair stands 35 to 40 inches tall.

How much weight does it hold?

220 lbs, per the manufacturer. That is on the low side for an office chair, so heavier users should look elsewhere.

No. Adult assembly is required and tools are included; most owners report it takes under half an hour.

Does it have a headrest or recline?

No. It is a mid-back chair with height adjustment and adjustable arms, but no headrest and no listed tilt or recline controls.
