Our take on the Costway Patio Rattan Furniture Set with 2 Ottomans and Tempered Glass Coffee Table

This is a five-piece outdoor conversation set: two armchairs, two ottomans and a square tempered-glass coffee table on a metal frame wrapped in PE rattan. The ottomans double as extra seating or footrests and are rated to 400 lbs each, so the set seats four. The table is small at 20 by 20 inches and 20 inches tall. At $229.99 at Best Buy as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range across the six stores that list it new.

Pros
  • Four seats from five pieces, with ottomans that work as stools
  • 400 lb capacity per chair and per ottoman
  • Tempered glass top wipes clean and resists water
  • PE rattan is listed as anti-fading
  • Low price for a full conversation set
Cons
  • Table is only 20 x 20 inches, so it holds little
  • Assembly required
  • Metal frame and rattan need covering in harsh winters
  • Red, brown and navy color mix won't suit every patio
  • Cushions are polyester and sponge, not quick-dry foam

Questions and answers

Is this set worth $229.99?
At $229.99 at Best Buy as of November 5, 2026, it is a low-cost way to seat four outdoors. Expect budget-level cushions and a small table rather than long-term durability.
How many people does it seat?
Four. The two chairs and two ottomans each hold up to 400 lbs, so the ottomans work as seats, not just footrests.
How big is the coffee table?
It is 20 by 20 inches and 20 inches tall. That fits drinks and a small tray, not a full serving spread.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. The frame, rattan panels, table and cushions arrive unassembled, so plan on an hour or more with two people.
Can it stay outside in rain and winter?
The tempered glass top is waterproof and the rattan is anti-fading, but the metal frame and polyester cushions last longer under a cover or in a shed during winter.
When is it cheapest?
Outdoor furniture discounts most in late summer and early fall. Six stores list it new, so compare them before buying.
Where is the Costway Patio Rattan Furniture Set with 2 Ottomans and Tempered Glass Coffee Table cheapest?
At Target, for $229.99, 45% off, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Costway Patio Rattan Furniture Set with 2 Ottomans and Tempered Glass Coffee Table?
Rated 3.9 out of 5 from 65 ratings.
Where can I buy the Costway Patio Rattan Furniture Set with 2 Ottomans and Tempered Glass Coffee Table?
11 stores we checked sell it, including eBay, Kohl's, Target, Lowe's, Macy's.
