Is this rocking chair set worth it?

If you want two matching rocking chairs for light use at a low price, it is a reasonable buy. Do not expect heirloom build quality; check the frame and rockers on arrival.

Does the 400 lb capacity apply to each chair?

Yes, the 400 lb rating is per chair, so the set supports up to 800 lb total across two people. That is unusually high for budget wooden rockers.

How tall is the chair?

The chair is listed at 24 in tall, which is low and best suited to shorter sitting sessions or as a accent chair. Check the seat height against your porch railing or table.

You get two rocking chairs with their seat cushions and the assembly hardware. Tools are usually not included, so have a screwdriver and Allen key ready.

Is it suitable for a nursery?

It can work for a nursery because of the arms and cushion, but the short back and firm seat make long feeding sessions less comfortable than a glider.

When is the best time to buy?

Costway runs frequent sitewide discounts, and outdoor furniture tends to drop in late summer and around Black Friday. Track the price rather than buying at first sight.
