Curtarra Bennett Custom Linen Woven Wood Shades

Our take on the Curtarra Bennett Custom Linen Woven Wood Shades

The Curtarra Bennett is a custom-made indoor window shade woven from linen-blend wood and natural fibers, sold in made-to-measure sizes. Woven wood shades filter light while keeping some view through the weave, and the linen content gives a softer, less rustic look than all-bamboo shades. At $197.40 at Curtarra as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against. Custom sizing and the linen weave are the main reasons to consider it over stock roller shades.

Questions and answers

Is the Curtarra Bennett shade blackout?

No. Woven wood shades filter light rather than block it, and the open weave lets some light and visibility through. For a dark bedroom, pair it with a liner or choose a blackout shade.

Can I order it in a custom size?

Yes. The Bennett is sold as a custom shade, so you specify the width and height for your window. Measure the window opening carefully, since made-to-measure shades are cut to your numbers.

How does it mount?

It is an indoor shade and typically mounts inside the window frame or outside above it. Check the mounting depth for your window before ordering, especially for inside mounts.

Is $197.40 a good price?

Curtarra lists it at $197.40 as of November 7, 2026, and it is the only new price shown. With no other new listings, there is no recent range to judge it against; compare against quotes for similar custom linen-blend shades.

What is it made of?

It is a woven fabric shade with a linen blend in the weave. The natural fibers give a textured look, and the linen softens the finish compared with all-bamboo shades.

Can I return a custom shade?

Custom-made shades usually cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or mis-cut. Confirm the store's policy on made-to-measure items before ordering.

Where is the Curtarra Bennett Custom Linen Woven Wood Shades cheapest?

At Curtarra, for $197.40, as of our latest check.
