Does this shade block light completely?

No. It is unlined and light filtering, so it softens daylight and adds privacy but does not darken a room. For a darker room you would need a liner or a different shade.

Is the cordless lift really included?

Yes. The push/pull cordless lift comes standard at no extra charge, and there are no dangling cords, which suits homes with children or pets.

What sizes does it come in?

The listed height range is 24 to 72 inches, and the width shown is 24 inches. Measure your window and confirm the width you need before ordering.

Can I mount it inside or outside the window frame?

Both. It is made for inside or outside mount, and the box includes the mounting hardware and step-by-step instructions.

It is not machine washable. Dust it regularly with a brush attachment or a dry cloth, and spot clean gently rather than soaking the weave.

Is $15 at eBay a realistic price?

That is the best new price found as of November 7, 2026, and only 2 stores list it new. A woven wood shade at that price is unusual, so check the exact size, color and condition of the listing.
