Our take on the Deco Essentials VR Viewer

The Deco Essentials VR Viewer is a phone-holding headset that turns an Android or iOS phone into a basic virtual reality screen. It uses the phone's own motion sensor for 3DoF head tracking, has a 3.5mm headphone jack, and the front eyepiece opens so you can use the phone's camera for augmented reality. At $11.96 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is at the low end of its price range — a cheap way to try phone VR, not a serious headset.
