Our take on the Dell 15.6" 2K Touchscreen Laptop Intel Core i7-1355U 16GB Memory 1TB Storage

A 15.6-inch Dell laptop with a 13th-gen Intel Core i7-1355U, 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD. The 10-core chip and generous memory suit everyday multitasking, office work and light photo editing, while Intel UHD graphics limit gaming and heavy creative work. The screen is a touch IPS panel with an anti-glare finish, but brightness is modest at 220 nits and color coverage is narrow at 45% NTSC. At $690 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it sits well below what this class of machine usually costs, making it a strong value pick.

Questions and answers

Is the Dell Core i7 touchscreen laptop worth it at $690?
Yes, if you need a fast everyday laptop with lots of storage. The i7-1355U, 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD are strong for the price, but skip it if you need a bright, color-accurate screen or gaming graphics.
Can this laptop handle gaming?
Only light or older games at low settings. It uses Intel UHD integrated graphics, not a dedicated GPU, so modern titles will run poorly.
Is the screen good for photo editing?
It is workable but not ideal. The 45% NTSC color gamut and 220 nits brightness mean colors are limited and the screen struggles in bright light.
How much RAM and storage does it have?
It comes with 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, enough for heavy multitasking and large file libraries.
When is the best time to buy it?
The current $690 at eBay as of November 4, 2026 is already low for these specs. Watch for holiday sales, when prices on 13th-gen laptops often dip further.
Where is the Dell 15.6" 2K Touchscreen Laptop Intel Core i7-1355U 16GB Memory 1TB Storage cheapest?
At eBay, for $715.85, 45% off, as of our latest check.
