Does the DG Casa Boucle Cloud daybed include a mattress?

No. It is sold as a frame only, so you need a separate twin mattress. The wood slats support the mattress without a box spring.

What mattress size fits this daybed?

It takes a standard twin mattress. A twin is about 38 by 75 inches, which suits a single sleeper or a sofa-style seat.

Is a box spring needed?

No. The frame has wood slats, so a twin mattress can sit directly on them. A low-profile mattress keeps the arched panels looking right.

How do I clean boucle upholstery?

Vacuum it with a soft brush attachment and blot spills right away with a damp cloth. For deeper stains, use a mild upholstery cleaner and test it on a hidden spot first.

Can it be used as a sofa as well as a bed?

Yes. The arched back and sides make it work as seating during the day, and it converts to a bed at night. Add pillows against the back for comfort.

When is the best time to buy it?

Upholstered furniture tends to drop during holiday sales and end-of-season clearances. Check the price history before buying so you know whether the current price is near its low.

Our take on the DG Casa Boucle Cloud Daybed Frame with Arched Side Panels

The DG Casa Boucle Cloud is a twin-size upholstered daybed frame with arched side panels and a tufted boucle cover. It ships as a frame only, with a wood frame and slats, so you add your own twin mattress. The arched back and rounded silhouette give it a soft, lounge-like look that works as a sofa by day and a bed by night.
