What reel and line should I pair with it?
It is a baitcasting rod, so pair it with a low-profile baitcaster. Medium-heavy power suits 12- to 17-pound fluorocarbon or 30- to 50-pound braid for jigs and heavier plastics.

Not well. The medium-heavy power is stiff for drop shots and light lures; a medium or medium-light rod is a better fit for finesse work.
Is it one piece or two?
It is a single-piece 7-foot rod, so plan for transport and storage space.
