Is the DR.Planzen Artificial Olive Tree worth it?

It suits shoppers who want a tall, no-maintenance floor plant and do not mind plastic leaves. Compare its current price with similar 7-foot faux olive trees before deciding.

How tall is it, and will it fit my room?

It stands 84 inches (7 feet) tall and about 28 inches wide. Measure your ceiling height and leave room for the pot, since the tree itself is already close to standard 8-foot ceilings.

Does it need assembly?

No. It ships fully assembled, so you only need to shape the branches and place it in a pot or stand.

Can I use it outdoors?

It is designed for indoor placement. Sun and rain will fade and wear the plastic over time, so keep it inside or on a covered porch.

How does it compare with a real olive tree?

A real olive tree needs strong light, drainage and pruning and can be costly. This one needs no care but looks less natural up close.

Faux trees usually drop during fall and holiday decor sales and in January clearance. Track its price history and buy when it falls below its recent range.

The DR.Planzen Artificial Olive Tree is a 7-foot (84-inch) faux olive tree, about 28 inches wide, made of plastic and shipped fully assembled. It is meant for indoor decor: a floor plant for a living room corner, entryway or office where a real olive tree would not get enough light.
