Our take on the Dragon Touch Vision 3 Pro 4K Underwater HD Action Camera

The Dragon Touch Vision 3 Pro is a budget action camera that records up to 4K video and 20 MP photos, with a waterproof housing for underwater use. It includes wireless connectivity, HDMI output and a bundle of mounts, and its 4x optical zoom claim is unusual at this price. At $35 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its price range, well below what name-brand 4K action cameras cost.

Best forFirst-time action camera buyers on a tight budgetKids and teens filming sports or pool daysCasual snorkeling and shallow-water useShoppers who want mounts included in the box
Pros
  • 4K recording and 20 MP photos at a very low price
  • Waterproof housing included for underwater shooting
  • Bundle adds mounts and accessories
  • Wireless and HDMI connectivity for sharing footage
Cons
  • Image stabilization and low-light quality trail name brands
  • 4x optical zoom claim is doubtful for a camera this size
  • Accessory quality and battery life are typically modest
  • Few stores carry it, so support and spares are limited

Questions and answers

Is the Dragon Touch Vision 3 Pro worth it?
At $35 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is a cheap way to try action filming. Expect basic image quality, not GoPro-level footage.
Is it really 4K?
It records 4K video, but budget sensors often interpolate, so footage looks closer to good 1080p. Check sample clips before buying.
Does it need a case to go underwater?
Yes. The camera itself is not waterproof; the included housing protects it for snorkeling and shallow dives.
What is in the box?
The bundle typically includes the camera, waterproof case, mounts and a battery. Confirm the exact contents with the seller.
How does it compare with a GoPro?
It costs a fraction of the price but lacks strong stabilization, reliable low-light video and a large accessory ecosystem.
When is it cheapest?
Budget action cameras often drop around Black Friday and back-to-school sales. At $35 it is already near the bottom of its range.
