Is the Dyson HP11 worth it?

It is worth it if you want one machine that heats, cools and filters a single room. If you only need purification, a dedicated purifier costs less.

How does the HP11 compare with the HP09?

The HP11 is the newer model in the same Hot+Cool purifier line. It keeps HEPA filtration and Alexa support, so the main differences are price and availability rather than a major feature jump.

Does it work with Alexa?

Yes. It supports Amazon Alexa, so you can use voice commands to turn it on, adjust the fan speed and change the target temperature.

The box includes the purifier unit, a remote control and a HEPA filter. Check the listing for the exact included accessories before buying.

When is the HP11 cheapest?

Dyson purifiers usually drop during major sales events and at the end of the heating season. Watch the price history for a dip below the recent range.

How large a room can it heat?

It is designed for single rooms rather than whole-home heating. For larger spaces, expect it to take longer to reach the target temperature.

Our take on the Dyson Hot+Cool Air Purifier Hp11

The Dyson Hot+Cool Air Purifier HP11 is a floor-standing unit that heats a room, cools it with a fan, and filters the air through a HEPA filter with an odor-absorbing layer. It works with Amazon Alexa for voice control. It is a sealed HEPA purifier and heater in one, aimed at people who want one machine for year-round comfort. Its latest best price sits near the low end of its recent range, so it is a reasonable time to buy if you want the heater and purifier in one unit.
