Is the Sidejack HB1 worth $445?

At $445 it sits in the mid-range for a left-handed offset with two humbuckers and a set neck. Comparable left-handed imports often cost more, so the price is fair if you want this shape.

Is it really left-handed?

Yes. The body is built left-handed, with the controls and cutaway oriented for a left-handed player, not a flipped right-hand guitar.

What pickups does it have?

Two custom humbuckers, one in the bridge and one in the neck, wired through standard volume and tone controls. The listing also notes a split single-coil option.

How does the 24 3/4-inch scale feel?

It plays like a short-scale guitar: looser string tension, easier bends and comfortable chords. The trade-off is slightly less snap than a 25.5-inch scale.

The guitar ships as a standalone instrument. A gig bag or case is not listed, so budget for one separately.

Only Eastwood Guitars lists it new at $445 as of November 7, 2026. Watch for Eastwood's own sales and blemished listings for a lower price.

Our take on the Eastwood Sidejack HB1 Left-Handed Electric Guitar

The Eastwood Sidejack HB1 is a left-handed solidbody electric built in the offset style, with a basswood body, set maple neck and rosewood board. The only new price found is $445 at Eastwood Guitars as of November 7, 2026, so there is no cheaper new option to compare against right now.
