Our take on the Ebern Designs 4-Piece Modular Cloud Couch Reversible Sectional with Ottoman

The Ebern Designs 4-Piece Modular Cloud Couch is a reversible sectional with an ottoman, built on a solid wood frame with foam cushions and 100% polyester upholstery. Its four pieces rearrange into different layouts, and each seat holds up to 250 lb. The overall footprint is 84 inches wide and about 33 inches deep, with an 18-inch seat height. It is a budget-priced modular sofa rather than a deep-seat lounger, so check the dimensions against your room before buying.

Questions and answers

Is the Ebern Designs Cloud Couch worth it?
It is a reasonable pick if you want a modular sectional on a budget and have a smaller room. If you want a deep, plush cloud-style seat, the 33-inch depth and foam fill will likely disappoint.
How deep is the seat?
The overall depth is 33.07 inches, and the seat height is 18.11 inches. That is shallower than many lounge sofas, so measure your space and sitting habits first.
Can the pieces be arranged in different layouts?
Yes. The four pieces are modular and reversible, so you can reconfigure them into an L-shape, a straight sofa, or a sofa with the ottoman as a chaise.
What is the weight limit?
Each seat supports up to 250 lb. The frame is solid wood, which helps with stability at that rating.
What is the fabric, and can covers be washed?
The upholstery is 100% polyester. The listing does not state that the covers are removable or machine washable, so plan on spot cleaning.
When is the best time to buy it?
Modular sofas from this brand tend to see discounts around major sales events and at the end of the season. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.
What do buyers say about the Ebern Designs 4-Piece Modular Cloud Couch Reversible Sectional with Ottoman?
Rated 3.9 out of 5 from 51 ratings.
