Is the Edx topper actually cooling?

The gel infusion helps compared with plain memory foam, but it is not actively cooled. Hot sleepers should still expect some warmth, especially under a thick comforter.

How long does it take to expand?

It ships compressed. Most toppers like this reach full 3-inch thickness within 24 to 48 hours after unrolling, and a faint foam smell usually fades in a few days.

Will it fit my mattress?

It comes in Twin, Twin-XL, Full, Queen and King with an 80-inch length, so pick the size that matches your mattress. A 3-inch topper can make fitted sheets tight.

Is it good for side sleepers?

Yes. The 3-inch high-density foam cushions shoulders and hips, which is where side sleepers feel pressure most. Stomach sleepers may find it too soft.

It is CertiPUR-US certified, which means it meets limits on certain chemicals and emissions. That is the standard certification for US mattress foam.

Toppers like this usually drop during mattress sales around Memorial Day, Labor Day and Black Friday. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.
