Our take on the Edx Electric Heated Blanket Flannel & Sherpa

The Edx is a reversible flannel-and-sherpa heated blanket, 84 by 74 inches, with 10 heat settings and dual-zone controls so two people can pick their own warmth. It has overheat protection, auto shut-off and ETL certification. At $55.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against. The 3.5-out-of-5 rating from 10 ratings is a small, mixed sample.

Questions and answers

Is the Edx heated blanket worth it at $55.99?
At $55.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is a low price for a dual-zone blanket this size. The catch is the thin review base: 10 ratings at 3.5 out of 5.
How does dual-zone control work?
The blanket has two heating zones, each with its own controller, so partners can set different levels. That suits queen and king beds shared by two people.
What sizes does it come in?
The listed size is 84 by 74 inches, which fits a queen or king bed. Check the listing for other sizes before buying.
Is it safe to leave on overnight?
It has overheat protection, auto shut-off and ETL certification. Auto shut-off means it will not run all night at a set heat without resetting.
Can I wash it?
The listing does not state washing instructions. Detach the controllers and cords and follow the care label before washing.
When is the price lowest?
Only one new price, $55.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, is listed, so there is no history to time a drop. Heated blankets usually discount in late fall and around Black Friday.
Where is the Edx Electric Heated Blanket Flannel & Sherpa cheapest?
At Walmart, for $55.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Edx Electric Heated Blanket Flannel & Sherpa?
Rated 3.5 out of 5 from 10 ratings.
