Is the Egohome 10-inch hybrid worth it?

It is a budget hybrid, so expect basic coil and foam quality rather than premium materials. It suits guest rooms and lighter sleepers better than a daily-use master bed for heavy couples.

What are the real dimensions?

A standard king is 76 by 80 inches. The listed 38-inch width is not a king measurement, so measure your frame and confirm the size with the seller before buying.

Hybrids at this thickness usually land around medium firm. Side sleepers may find it too firm; back and stomach sleepers tend to do better.

Does it need a box spring?

No. It works on a platform bed, slatted frame or adjustable base. A box spring adds height but is not required.

How long until I can sleep on it?

Give it 24 to 48 hours to reach full height after unboxing. It may smell faintly for the first day or two; air the room out.

Mattresses in a box usually drop during holiday sales and clearance events. Check the price history chart to see whether the current price is above or below its usual level.

Our take on the Egohome 10 inch King Size Hybrid Mattress in a Box

The Egohome 10-inch King Hybrid Mattress in a Box combines a pocketed innerspring core with gel memory foam on top, so it has more bounce and airflow than an all-foam bed. It ships compressed in a box and expands over a day or two. The listed width of 38 inches does not match a standard king (76 by 80 inches), so confirm the actual dimensions before ordering.
