This is a sherpa electric throw with five heat levels and an auto-off timer you can set from 2 to 10 hours. It is machine washable, which matters for a heated blanket that sits on a couch or bed. At $26.99 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of what heated throws cost; it is the only new price listed. Questions and answers

Is $26.99 a good price for this heated throw?

How does the auto-off timer work?
You set it between 2 and 10 hours, and the blanket shuts off when the time runs out. That is useful if you fall asleep under it.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes, it is listed as machine washable. Detach the controller and cord first and follow the care label, since sherpa can pill with rough washing.
How warm does it get?
It has five heat levels, but the 3 out of 5 rating suggests heat output varies; some buyers find the top setting mild.
What size is it?
