Is this really 100% cotton?

Yes. The set is 100% cotton in a sateen weave at 500 thread count, not a microfiber or poly-cotton blend.

Will it fit my mattress?

The fitted sheet is cut for mattresses up to 15 inches deep. On a mattress much thinner than that, expect a looser fit.

One flat sheet, one fitted sheet and two pillowcases with envelope closures.

Machine wash and tumble dry. Wash with like colors and skip high heat to limit shrinkage and wrinkling.
