Our take on the EnHomee King Size Upholstered Bed Frame with 2-Tier Storage, 2 Drawers, Wooden Slats Support

The EnHomee King Upholstered Bed Frame is a platform bed with a fabric-upholstered headboard, a two-tier storage shelf behind the headboard and two drawers under the frame. It uses metal and wood construction with wooden slats, so no box spring is needed, and it is rated to hold 1200 lb. The assembled frame measures about 80.3 by 78 by 46.5 inches, with the height coming mostly from the tall headboard. At $139.99 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of what a king storage bed frame usually costs.

Best forShoppers who want under-bed and headboard storage without a separate dresserKing mattress owners who want to skip a box springRenters or guest rooms needing a tall headboard look on a budgetCouples who want a high weight rating
Pros
  • Two drawers plus a two-tier headboard shelf add storage a plain frame lacks
  • 1200 lb weight capacity is high for a king platform frame
  • Wooden slats included, so no box spring is needed
  • Upholstered fabric headboard softens the look of a metal frame
  • King size at $139.99 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026 is cheap for a storage bed
Cons
  • No under-bed clearance for taller storage boxes
  • Assembly of a king frame with drawers and slats takes time and two people
  • Fabric upholstery on the headboard can stain and is harder to clean than wood or metal
  • Drawers run on the frame itself, so they need floor space to open
  • No adjustable headboard or mattress height settings

What storage does it include?
Two drawers under the frame and a two-tier shelf built into the headboard, useful for books, a clock or a phone.
Is $139.99 a good price?
