Is the eufy C33 worth it at $50?

At $50.00 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is a low-cost way to get fingerprint, keypad and Wi-Fi entry in one lock. That price is at the bottom of its recent range, so it is a strong value if you have a standard deadbolt door.

Does it need a hub or bridge?

No. The C33 connects to Wi-Fi on its own, so you can lock and unlock from the app without extra hardware.

How long do the batteries last?

eufy rates battery life in months, not weeks, but it depends on how often you use the motorized lock and Wi-Fi. Owners report shorter life with heavy app use, so keep spare batteries on hand.

It replaces a standard deadbolt and needs the usual door prep, plus a lever handle rather than a knob. Check your backset and door thickness before buying.

Does it work with Google Home or Apple Home?

No. Voice control is limited to Amazon Alexa; there is no Google Home or Apple Home support.

Prices vary by store; the $50.00 eBay price as of November 4, 2026 is the lowest of the 4 stores listing it new. Compare across stores before buying, since sales move the price.
