Our take on the Famiware 24-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 8

This is a 24-piece ceramic dinnerware set from Famiware, configured as service for eight in a multicolor finish. A full set for eight in stoneware-style ceramic is the main draw; multicolor pieces let you mix and match place settings. At $119.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is the best new price among the three stores that carry it, so it sits at the low end of what it has recently cost.

Best forHouseholds seating eight at mealsFamilies replacing chipped everyday platesBuyers who want mixed colors instead of a matched setCasual daily use rather than formal dining
Pros

  • Ceramic construction, not plastic or melamine
  • Multicolor pieces allow mixed or matched table settings
  • Best new price of $119.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026
  • Large set size keeps cost per piece low
Cons
  • Ceramic chips and cracks if dropped or stacked hard
  • Multicolor look won't suit buyers wanting one uniform color
  • No serving pieces included beyond the place settings
  • Hand washing is safer for glaze and color longevity

Questions and answers

Is this set worth it at $119.99?
At $119.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, you get 24 ceramic pieces, which works out to about $5 per piece. That is a low price for a full service for eight in ceramic.
What is included in the 24 pieces?
A 24-piece service for eight typically means eight dinner plates, eight salad or side plates and eight bowls. Confirm the exact breakdown with the seller before ordering.
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most ceramic sets of this type tolerate microwave use, but dishwasher heat and detergent can dull glaze and color over time. Hand washing keeps the multicolor finish looking new longer.
How does it compare with a plain white set?
You get the same piece count and material, but mixed colors hide small chips less and won't match a single-color table. Choose white if you want a uniform look.
When is the price lowest?
