Our take on the FED FITNESS Adjustable Power Tower Dip Station Pull Up Bar

The FED FITNESS Adjustable Power Tower is a free-standing pull-up, dip and knee-raise station for home workouts. Its height-adjustable frame lets one unit serve dips, pull-ups and leg raises, and it assembles with the included tools. At $169.99 at Target as of November 4, 2026, it is the only new price we track, so there is no recent range to compare it against. That is mid-range for a home power tower, well under heavy commercial-style rigs and above basic doorway bars.

At $169.99 at Target as of November 4, 2026, it is a fair price for an adjustable tower that covers pull-ups and dips. It makes sense if you will use both; a doorway bar is cheaper if you only want pull-ups.
How much weight can it hold?
The listing does not state a weight limit. Check the manufacturer's rating before buying if you are a heavy or advanced lifter, since free-standing towers vary widely here.
Does it need to be mounted to a wall?
No. It is a free-standing station, so it needs no drilling or door frame. That also means it relies on its own base for stability.
How tall is it, and can I adjust it?
The frame is height-adjustable to fit different users and exercises. Exact height range is not listed, so confirm it against your ceiling before ordering.
What do I need to assemble it?
Adult assembly is required and tools are provided. Expect a typical one-to-two-hour build with two people for the frame.
When is the best time to buy?
Only one new price is tracked, so there is no clear seasonal low. Watch for Target fitness sales and compare against the $169.99 baseline.
