Is $165 a good price for this tree?

It is a low price for a 7.5-foot pre-lit tree; comparable pre-lit trees often run $200 to $400. ModeSens listed it at $165 as of November 5, 2026, with 8 stores selling it new.

How many lights does it have, and are they LED?

It has 450 multicolor lights. The specs do not say whether they are LED or incandescent, so check the listing before buying if bulb type matters to you.

Is it a Douglas fir or a Norwegian spruce?

The listing names both, which is common for artificial trees styled after real species. Expect a dense, layered look rather than an exact match to either tree.

The specs do not list a stand or bag. Confirm what is in the box with the store before ordering.

How tall is it compared with a standard ceiling?

At 7.5 feet it fits under a typical 8- or 9-foot ceiling with room for a topper. Leave about a foot of clearance for the star or angel.
