Our take on the Furologee Upholstered Platform Bed Frame with 4 Underbed Drawers, Open Storage Headboard, LED Light and Charging Station

The Furologee is a full-size upholstered platform bed with a metal frame, four underbed drawers, an open storage headboard with LED lighting and a built-in charging station. It combines storage, lighting and charging in one piece, so it suits a small bedroom that needs to work harder than a plain frame. The best new price is $189.99 at Lowe's as of November 7, 2026, and it is the only new price listed. It is a budget pick: expect a light build and assembly effort rather than hotel-grade sturdiness.

Best forSmall bedrooms that need hidden storageTeens and students who want built-in charging and lightShoppers furnishing a full-size bed on a tight budgetGuest rooms that double as a workspace or reading corner
Pros
  • Four underbed drawers add real storage without a separate dresser
  • Open headboard shelf holds books, a phone or a lamp
  • LED light and charging station are built in, so no extra cords across the floor
  • Upholstered headboard and platform look softer than a bare metal frame
  • Slats are included, so no box spring is needed
  • $189.99 at Lowe's as of November 7, 2026 is low for a bed with this much built in
Cons
  • Metal frame with upholstered panels tends to feel light and can creak or shift
  • Assembly is lengthy, with many parts and drawers to align
  • Drawers run on the floor and can stick on carpet
  • LED and charging electronics are basic and not user-replaceable in most cases
  • Only one new price listed, so there is little to compare against

Questions and answers

Does it need a box spring?
No. The platform frame includes slats, so a mattress sits directly on them. A box spring would only add height.
What mattress size fits?
It is a full/double bed, so use a full-size mattress, typically 54 by 75 inches.
Is the charging station built into the headboard?
Yes. The headboard has a charging station with outlets and USB ports, plus an LED light, wired through the frame.
How much assembly is required?
Full assembly. The frame, slats, headboard, drawers and wiring all go together, and two people make it much faster.
Is $189.99 a good price?
It is the only new price listed, $189.99 at Lowe's as of November 7, 2026. For a full bed with drawers, a shelf and charging, that is low; there is little history to compare against.
Can the drawers be used on carpet?
They can, but they run on the floor, so thick carpet makes them harder to pull. Check clearance and keep the path clear.
Where is the Furologee Upholstered Platform Bed Frame with 4 Underbed Drawers, Open Storage Headboard, LED Light and Charging Station cheapest?
At Lowe's, for $189.99, as of our latest check.
