Our take on the Furrion Aurora Partial-Sun 2 4K LED Outdoor Smart TV

The Furrion Aurora Partial-Sun is a 43-inch 4K LED smart TV built for covered patios, porches and shaded decks rather than direct sun. It stands out with an anti-glare screen, a 178-degree viewing angle, HDR support and a weather-sealed body rated for outdoor use. The best new price is $1,199.99 at Best Buy as of November 4, 2026, with 5 stores listing it new. Outdoor TVs carry a premium, so expect to pay well above a comparable indoor 43-inch 4K set.

Questions and answers

Can it go in direct sunlight?
No. This is the Partial-Sun model, meant for covered or shaded areas. Furrion sells a full-sun version for exposed locations.
Is it worth $1,199.99?
Only if you need a sealed outdoor set. An indoor 43-inch 4K TV costs a fraction of that but will not survive weather. Compare the 5 stores listing it new before buying.
What is the difference from the full-sun Aurora?
The full-sun model has a brighter panel for direct sunlight. This partial-sun version is cheaper and fine under a roof or pergola.
Does it have a tuner and streaming apps?
It is a smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, YouTube, Disney+ and HBO, plus Wi-Fi, Ethernet and Bluetooth. Check the listing for the tuner type if you plan to use an antenna.
How big is it and how does it mount?
It is 40.5 inches wide, 4.8 inches deep and 71 lb. Plan a heavy-duty outdoor mount or a solid wall, and get help lifting it.
When is it cheapest?
Outdoor TVs usually drop around spring patio season and major fall sales. Track the price history and buy when it falls below the recent range.
Where is the Furrion Aurora Partial-Sun 2 4K LED Outdoor Smart TV cheapest?
