Questions and answers

Is the GAOMON drafting table worth $161.98?

At $161.98 at Lowe's as of November 4, 2026, you get a height-adjustable glass desk plus a stool and drawer. That is reasonable for a full drafting setup, but it is the only new price listed, so compare against similar glass-top drafting tables before buying.

How tall does the desk go?

The desktop reaches a maximum height of 49.5 inches. That is tall enough for standing work for many adults, and the stool covers seated use at the lower settings.

Does the glass top scratch or stain?

Glass resists ink, paint and most stains and wipes clean easily. It can scratch if you cut directly on it, so use a cutting mat or board.

What is included in the box?

The listing includes the drafting table and a matching stool. The drawer is built into the desk; drawing tools and lamps are not included.

Can the desktop tilt?

Yes. The desktop tilts to several angles for drafting and drawing, and it can be set flat for general desk use.

When is the best time to buy it?

Only one new price is listed, so there is no seasonal pattern to follow. Watch for Lowe's promotions around back-to-school and holiday sales.
