Is the Fenix 8 worth it over the Fenix 7?

The Fenix 8 adds an AMOLED display, speaker and mic for calls, dive capability and an LED flashlight. If you want voice features and a brighter screen, it is the better pick; otherwise the Fenix 7 costs less.

How long does the battery last?

Garmin rates the 51mm AMOLED model for roughly 29 days in smartwatch mode and around 13 days with always-on display, with GPS use measured in hours. Heavy GPS and music use shortens that.

Can I make calls from the watch?

Yes. The built-in speaker and mic let you take and make calls when the watch is paired to your smartphone.

Is the 51mm case too big for small wrists?

It is the largest Fenix size and sits heavy on smaller wrists. Shoppers with wrists under about 170mm often prefer the 43mm or 47mm versions.

The bundle includes the Fenix 8 51mm watch, a charging/data cable, a screen protector, a three-pack of silicone dust covers and a USB-C charging and sync cable.
