Questions and answers

Is the Garvee 61-key keyboard worth it for a beginner?
At $98.99 at Lowe's as of November 4, 2026, it covers the basics: 61 keys, a sustain pedal, metronome and USB MIDI. A beginner who wants weighted keys cheaply will get more from it than from a 61-key synth-action board at the same price.
Are the keys really weighted?
The listing says weighted, but at this price expect a light, semi-weighted feel rather than a full hammer action like a digital piano. Try one in person if key feel matters for classical practice.
Can I connect it to a computer or app?
Yes. It has USB MIDI, so it works as a controller for DAWs and piano-learning apps. A standard USB cable is usually all you need.
Does it come with a pedal and stand?
A sustain pedal is included. The listing does not mention a stand, bench or power adapter, so check the box contents before buying.
When is the price lowest?
It is $98.99 at Lowe's as of November 4, 2026, with two stores listing it new. Budget keyboards often drop during back-to-school and holiday sales, so compare both stores before buying.
