Is $52.98 a good price for this rug?

It is the only new price listed, $52.98 at Lowe's as of November 8, 2026, so there is no second store to compare against. For a 4 x 6 polyester holiday rug, that is a mid-range price; watch for holiday markdowns after Thanksgiving.

Can this rug go outside?

No. The listing specifies indoor use only, and polyester low pile is not built for rain or sun. Keep it on a porch only if the area is fully covered and dry.

Does it need a rug pad?

No non-slip backing is listed, so a thin pad is a good idea on hardwood or tile. A pad also adds cushioning, since the low pile is thin.

Vacuum regularly on a low setting and blot spills right away with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing unless the care label allows it, and air dry rather than tumble.

What size is it, exactly?

It is a 4 x 6 foot rug, roughly 48 by 72 inches. Measure your doorway or seating area first, since the printed border can shrink the usable pattern area.

Is it made in the USA?

Yes, the country of origin is listed as the USA.

Our take on the Garvee Chrismas Rug 4 x 6

The Garvee Christmas Rug is a 4 x 6 foot indoor accent rug in a multicolor holiday print, made in the USA from polyester with a low pile. The low pile suits doorways, entryways and rooms with heavy foot traffic, and the polyester face is easy to spot clean. It is sold at one store: $52.98 at Lowe's as of November 8, 2026, with no other new price to compare against.
